Anytime you experience a traumatic event , your mental health has been affected. Many times we want to move on as if nothing has happended. Not allowing yourself time to process and heal will become debtrimental to your well being in the future. Now is the time that we take accountability for our actions that have prevented us from healing. Now is the time that we move out of our way and begin to live a healthy life that God created us to live.
